Can I bring in my own food? Yes, you may bring in your own food for your guest. Rather you cook it or have it catered in. Can I bring my own alcohol? No, Timeless Venue has a full service bar that includes top shelf and house liquor. We also offer bar options. ( Cash bar, tab bar and open bar) Can I bring my own decorations? Or hire a decorator? Timeless Venue is a full-service venue with the exception of food. We now offer a do it yourself package. Just click and book! Can I bring my own DJ? Absolutely! Let us know if you would like recommendations. Our venue also offers surround sound that connects to your phone, you may connect using Bluetooth. Do I have to have security at my event? Yes, we require security at the door for all events. It's already included in all packages (excluding Do It Yourself and Repass). Our goal is to always provide a safe and fun environment. Some events may require more than guard depending on the event type. Can I bring in my own balloons? Only on the Do It Yourself Package. Timeless Venue is Sister Company to Timeless Balloon and Gift Shop. If you would like to add-on balloons to your package just let us know! What are your hours of operations? You may book your event as early as 8am and it may end as late as 2am. There is an additional fee for events ending past 11pm. What are the payment options? We accept Debit/ Credit and Cash. Payment options are available. Due dates are based on event date. How do I book? Click on the Book Now Tab and pay deposit. One of our friendly staff will contact you within 24 hours to confirm. Timeless does not hold dates without a nonrefundable deposit ($300) What’s a non refundable fee? A fee that is not to be returned in exchange for the money you paid, however may go towards your balance due. Timeless Venue does not issue refunds. Any function canceled is subject to 100% of the total value in the invoice. All fees and payments are non-refundable.
